BRIEF HISTORY ABOUT THE CHURCH We give all glory to the Almighty God, the little viable seed planted few years back has become a fruitful growing plant. “Moreover whom He did predestinate, them He also called: and whom He called, them He justified, and whom he justified, them He also glorified” (Romans 8:30) This Bible passage speaks volume concerning my life. When I was growing up as a teenager, many experiences were shared with me by my mother and other members of the family. When I was in my mother’s womb few weeks before the delivery, a witch in the neighborhood confessed publicly. She referred to the child in my mother’s womb that several efforts have been made to terminate the life of the unborn baby having discovered that the baby is special and his coming to the world would be problematic to their kingdom. But all their efforts proved abortive as the child would always rise up with special sword to put them on the ru. Also, as a child, I was told that many prophecies came through me despite the fact that I was just learning to talk. I eventually surrendered my life to the Lordship of Jesus Christ at the age of 24 as an undergraduate in the Christian union fellowship on campus. I later joined Deeper Christian Life Ministry where I rose to the post of General Co-ordinator because my spiritual growth was very rapid.
During my National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), my heart desire was granted
by the Lord as I was posted to serve with the church (DLBC) in Kastina State. This has been my major prayer request as my heart always burn high to get closer to God. During the service in the church, I became a pastor
and after the service year, I served as a pastor in many branches of the church. In all, I spent 15 years in Deeper life. It was there God called me to start this ministry (Christ Fountain of Prayer Ministries).
At first, I didn’t want to yield because things were going on well where I was and also, I felt there are lots of Christian ministries on ground such that there wasn’t any need for another one. I acted immaturely.
One day, as we were observing prayer and fasting programme, God led me by His Spirit to go and meet one of His ministers in Ile-Ife, Osun state. I have heard about her before but I had not been opportune to meet with her one on one.
On getting to her, she told me the mind of God concerning His plan for my life and that I have even over stayed in Deeper life. Right there,

When the S.O (as they fondly called) listened to my story and testimony, he was satisfied, he prayed for me and released me to begin the new assignment which the Lord has given me.
The ministry started in the year 2002 as a prayer meeting in our living room with 8 people. The operation then was only one gathering in a week and a vigil once in a month. God helped us with a lot of results. In the year 2004, the Lord led us to start the church arm of the ministry which commenced in September same year.
Presently, by His grace, the church has 7 assemblies, 1 Maternity Centre and a Bible College.

TOPIC -GENUINE PROTECTION IS FROM GOD

TEXT - Psalms 46:1-11
A Great Wall was built to defend China from external attack. The wall is over 13,000 miles long. Its height is above 25 feet, and its width is between 13 and 16 feet. The great effort put into constructing the wall gave China a sense of security.
Yet, the Mongols, under the leadership of Khan, China was successfully attacked in 1279 without demolition of the wall. All they did was to bribe the guards! This illustrates the vanity of human effort in securing oneself.
Attempt to do anything without God is vanity. The Psalm, reveals that without God, no effort is achievable. When we give Him the rightful place in our lives, we can enjoy His full protection.
We live in an era when people no longer see the need for God. Many think that they can build their lives and succeed in everything they do without Him. This feeling is fast spreading, mainly because of the success humans are recording in science and technology. But despite these advancements in knowledge, the world still suffers great calamities that shame man’s false sense of security and self-sufficiency, just like the Great Wall of China.
Chinese relied more on science, wealth, intelligence, and human connections. They no longer see the need to pray and bring God into their daily lives and works.
In your academic pursuit, Marriage, business, ministry, or whatever, Involve God in all that you do, Psalms 127:1 Unless God builds the house, the builders labour in vain. You must not only begin with God; you must continue with Him.
PRAYER POINTS:
1. Lord, don't let me be wiser than you.
